When you are picking out a mat for your frame you have several color choices.  The first thing to consider is what color is the room?  What type of furniture do you have?  While the furnishings may dictate the frame type, the mat is all about the colors of the room.  Did you ever wonder why yellow was such a popular color for kitchens?  It's because yellow is said to give you energy, It also brightens the room and is thought to increase your metabolism.

This fall is going to be a busy time raising money for charities, whether it is a school connected fundraiser or a national charity.  Art is always a great fundraising tool.  You can auction off art already framed or you can get creative.  If you are raising money for a school, why not have the students do art projects and organize a fundraiser to auction them off?  Here in Winter Park a local school does this on an annual basis.   If it is for a charity, why not get ...

Last summer vacation what did you bring back to remember it by, a coffee mug, a trinket or t-shirt, perhaps a sunburn?  You can relive vacation memories without boring your friends and family to tears by having a shadow box memorializing it.  Basically shadow boxes are used to frame three dimensional things like baseballs, wedding dresses, swords and memorabilia-you get the picture.
